I’m so excited! Tomorrow is pulled pork day (and night)! That means I’ll be making use of my chipotles and hopefully creating something very special indeed. I’m planning to cook the pork low and slow. If I begin early enough, I’ll still have enough light to photograph the results and share some deliciousness with you.
